Impossible to activate plug-in

We get the error:
PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Class "piwigo_cas_users_maintain" not found in C:\wamp64_test\www\piwigo\admin\include\plugins.class.php:86
When trying to activate the plug-in.
Help is welcomed.
