i want to rotate a element on button click

i have set this property
var pr = new Propeller(document.getElementById('pro'), { inertia: .996, speed:0 });
now i want to rotate this elemnt only on button click
currently this is also work when i swipe the object.
but i want only do this this when click on button with same property
