Anyone using MX Mechanical keyboard? Are you able to configure it?

I don't have the windows app to know what I may, or may not, be missing. Are there things you can configure in the software that you can't do via the keys? Thankfully I figured out how to turn off the function-key setting (Fn + Esc) so mostly just wondering if there's anything I'm missing. I have the MX Master 3S working great, and I've even been able to copy my logid.cfg file to my new machine and worked like a charm! Loving it.
