TLC59208 LED driver not available anymore

Originally designed the DB board with the TLC59208 I2C LED driver.
A drop-in replacement can be the PCA9551
but requires other firmware. and it can only output a maximum of 25mA

Another option can be the TLC59108 LCSC has a couple of 100 available and can do 120mA per LED

Both options will be tested
