Expose formatter packages #4
Description
After #1, when specifying the formatter as nix package in command option of numtide/treefmt#169 - also provide way to accumulate all formatters as a listOf package value, to be passed directly to buildInputs of a dev shell.
This is needed to make the formatters available to IDEs and editors that are not aware of treefmt.
