Possibility to select the desired port for containers

We have one single repo that spins up all the containers and we then use them in our services locally for local env testing. It's a bit annoying to change the port every time we spin up containers.

Possibility to specify the desired port from bootstrap.properties.

Hello. Probably you don't need testcontainers and just need to describe all you want in docker compose, it will be lighter and simplier to maintain
