Cannot compile on windows

I just write it down if somebody has got same issue.

I ran into an error where I cannot compile this project, it always had 20-30 issues with WIFI and compiler libs, and failed to compile any environment.

Solution:
uninstall PIO, and VSCODE, delete all VSCODE and PIO files from your folder (even found files/folders in appdata), make a fresh install of VSCODE and PIO, compile the code. If run into error just compile it again and will be good.
