I Wrote a controller API in rust

so, a few months ago I tried to make wifi control easily possible with a few requirements:

1. I wanted to use a compiled language

• I needed speed and efficiency for compute so I ideally would not notice it being run at all on my server
• I wanted to make the compiler do some of the optimization work for me, since I am a college student and time is scarce

2. I wanted this to be statically linked

• Increased Portability with the ideal being that I could just recompile for another operating system in the future, I don't have time to redo work if it breaks going to linux from windows or vice versa, who knows how my VM stack will change

3. Safety

• The need for memory safety and program stability are paramount since this is living on a server, I do not want to find out that my lights turned off because of a memory leak and I certainly do not want to give the elderly neighbors a seizure with glitches in my code that stem from memory issues, so I chose rust as a obvious choice as it helps with all of the issues labeled above

while this code does not work quite yet, my plan is for it to be polished, then reuploaded once everything is functioning, please give me feedback and requests for any features you'd like to see implemented into this code base
