Audiograph on Spectrum build

For those of us with the 3x 16x16 panel Spectrum analyser build. The Audiograph effect can be ported across by including
ADD_EFFECT(EFFECT_MATRIX_SPECTRUMBAR, SpectrumBarEffect, "Audiograph");
