webserver configurable variables

I find myself spending a lot of time simply wanting to adjust certain variables to achieve the right effect based upon location of my m5stick c plus being close or far away from the music source. Would be awesome if we could set the noise_floor & noise_cutoff via the webserver. This wouldn't be as much of an issue if I could do OTA updates on the M5StickCPlus but I'm still having issues with getting that to work correctly.
