[from TODO] Query layer return Nothing even when rewards are received

There is a TODO in Plutip tests:

If Ogmios indeed does that it seems like a too serious bug to ignore.
This TODO needs to be either removed or resolved.

Oh I see what you mean, the test you are pointing at is skipped.
I have not ran that one.
