Add required step for secrets setup instructions #34

Description

@cristianramos9

In the Secrets Setup instructions step 7 it says to go to the repository's settings. However, no student will have that option available.

When taking a course that will use these metrics for the first time, most students may not be very knowledgeable regarding GitHub. When following the instructions for setting up the metrics, it is certain they will get stuck when reading the section 'Secrets Setup'.

To let the students know what must be done, a new instruction must be added to make it clear.
This new instruction may be added before or after step 6.

The new instruction will tell the students that in order to setup the secrets in the repository, a single student must contact the professor and ask for 'Admin privilege'. Any lower privilege will not let the student access the secrets settings. A disclaimer can be added, informing/warning the student of the responsibilities that having admin privilege in the repository implies.
