How should Gen 8 and 9 DLC locations be considered?

I wasn't sure what the best place would be to ask questions about adding to the API, so I've added it in General.

I was working on adding some missing location information for Sword/Shield and Scarlet/Violet, and then I found that none of the locations in the Scarlet/Violet DLCs have been added to the API. They have their own regional pokedex resources and version group resources, but they do not have their own locations.

My question is this - should those regions added in the DLCs (Kitakami and Blueberry Academy) be added as their own Region resources? I ask this because the Sword/Shield DLC areas (Isle of Armor and Crown Tundra) can easily be understood as a part of Galar, but the Gen 9 DLC areas are different. Kitakami is in an unknown region (and may just be considered a small region itself) and Blueberry Academy is thought to be in Unova (but that would be a bit confusing to add to the Unova region resource, I would think).

I'd propose that Kitakami and Blueberry Academy get their own Region resource with their respective location (and location area) resources added. Does this seem reasonable, or should this be implemented another way?

Edit: I realize that the locations in Isle of Armor and Crown Tundra are definitely there, I just overlooked them! However, the locations in Kitakami and Blueberry Academy are still missing.

I see now that the regional pokedex and version groups are listed under the Paldea region resource, so it would be inconsistent to add these anywhere else and a bit of a hassle to modify everything to match that. Plus there have been locations listed under a region that arguably isn't there (like Ultra Space haha). Next time I'll think on the idea longer before I make a post.
