Brief description of the issue
When you change languages mid-sentence while speaking on the radio, the system auto-capitalizes after each language change
What you expected to happen
Only the first letter of the entire phrase to be capitalized both in regular speech and over the radio
What actually happened
Every language change in a radio call was capitalized

Say ";words #jwords#0 words"
