TGUI not building #9339
Description
After updating to the newest version of the code after the 516 updates, TGUI refuses to build and just throws the following error:

reason: 'unsupported',
code: 'ERR_OSSL_EVP_UNSUPPORTED'
Using the prebuilt webpack results in a white and uninteractible chat and statpanel and no working TGUI interfaces.
Is there any known fixes so I ca get my downstream server live again?
