- Use actual Band H property counts from NRS instead of Savills estimate
- Scotland has 16,011 Band H properties across 2.83M dwellings (0.57%)
- Edinburgh Southern highest at 2.97%, Edinburgh Central 2.74%
- Removed all revenue estimation - just showing property distribution
- Simplified methodology to single source (NRS Band H data)
