Sort generated strings by file occurrence #103
Description
The alphabetic sorting of strings in the .pot files is problematic for translators
- This robs the strings of all context, making accurate translation more difficult
- It makes it impossible to translate high-visibility strings first when you are translating a project with high word count on limited translator time
