OneClient special r-shift behavior

We were thinking about how on lunar client the first thing you see when you click r shift isnt actually the settings GUI, its the lunar client "start" menu, with a settings button and huds showing up able to be dragged
what if on oneclient it showed something like that, and when you click outside of the settings button (indicating you were trying to edit a hud) it automatically transitions to the edit hud stuff
