adding new icon on iron-iconset-svg

Hi, how can I add and use a new icon on a custom iron-iconset-svg after my application is rendered? We have created at first a custom list of icons in a iron-iconset-svg, but while using the application other icons are create and we need to add them in ironList and use them like the other icons.
