Enroll Failed for 06cb:00c9 #46

Hi I tried enrolling my finger on HP Envy X360 13-AR0118AU having sensor 06cb:00c9
But after 5 tires it fails to capture. Attaching the steps I took
Tried all the below steps using this fork for 00c9
