Rewrite

Hello, i've finally decided to maintain this project
I've a ton of ideas for the future of Migi, believe me, it'll be awesome.

• migi must not be a framework
  I hope to create something more like a plateform for modules
• as such, there must only be load and unload features for modules and listeners in migi, nothing else
• commands and decorators are to be handled in a different package
• error handling must be done in another module

basically at this point, migi by itself will pretty much be a 50-lines project

Migi essential projects that needs to be done / rewritten:

• migi (lib) - load and unload modules
• migi-cli (cli) - cli to run migi and modules with only a package.json file
• lelouch (lib) - commands
• aqua (lib) - some general purpose decorators
• web interface - we need to think about that

not-so-essential projects that needs to be done / rewritten:

• sakamoto (module) - error handler
• tasukete-kudasai (module) - help command for lelouch
• shiro (module) - play some games
• maid-chan (module) - @DeltaEvo's developper module
• decim (module) - welcome people that join the server
• kaori (module) - music module
• awesome-migi (github repo) - list of modules and libraries for migi

if you have not understood by now, my goal is obviously to get some nice github and npm stats.
