Gravity forms signature field not showing on pop up

Current behavior

I know what causing the issue is and I used the gist here: https://gist.github.com/marklchaves/2b088b4fa7292bd6f4c5b35955b32e86 - but there is still an issue as it says "Uncaught SyntaxError: Identifier '$' has already been declared" includes/super_signature/ss.js and when I removed the code there at the top "var $ = jQuery.noConflict();" it shows the signature on pop up along with the gist code its working but the signature field is not working on the normal embed page.

Any recommendations? Thanks.
