Prompts being eaten / no task being created? #375
Description
first task i gave it, i provided some context and hit enter. after a couple minutes, it seemed like nothing was happening so i refreshed.
in other AI task/chat apps where an error like this has happened, i've been able to get my original query back by asking Claude, but it seems like it got completely lost here. (you can see it received it originally because the title is accurate.) note: the changes in the tree are unrelated to this task.

tried creating a new task entirely. hit Enter and it appears to have just eaten my prompt. was in the prompt box and disappeared.
