+If you're pretty sure that they should be qualified out of our sales process, you should still be helpful over email - some customers just use the form to get in touch and don't want to actually have a demo (e.g. they have a billing question or are asking about compliance things like HIPAA.) There is a [Claude skill](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tGuKDf6nbG5vPVWkQRntkYkXBsRpKSLr/view?usp=drive_link) that can help draft genuinely helpful responses to folks like these - it will put together helpful resources from our docs and blog posts that can help customers get started, even if they don't qualify for a call with a salesperson.
