This appears to be a result of Binance changing the lot sizes as part of a planned update: https://www.binance.com/en/support/announcement/6925d618ab6b47e2936cc4614eaad64b

There is not really an easy solution to this. Querying the market data before every trade is not practical due to performance. Best option may be just to add an additional check when the market data refreshes to see if all open trades are still a legal quantity.
