The GET call is failing for most campaigns however some campaigns are being get successfully. This issue seems to be race issue when campaigns are created successfully but the indexer hasn't caught up to that campaign which is possible that api calls are failing.
The other could be simply something wrong with backend deployment/server as 404 error is self explanatory.
