CRSF Protocol Support

Hey wondering if you could add CRSF support so this could be use with ELRS PWM recievers? Thanks!

It seems ELRS doesn't support RPM, external voltage, ESC temperature, Motor temperature natively but we should be able to do re-use ELRS telemetry pretty easily.

I can certainly assist with testing. I have been eager to get this working. I have tested both with a ESP32C3 and Adafruit SAMD21 on my Hobbywing ez-run max10 g2 and max8 g2s without any serial data. I see some posts on reddit folks had a max10 g2 reading the data ok. Any advice, do I need to enable live data with the OTA programmer first before the esc will stream out serial data?
