[Feature Request] Ability to customize height of entity names and owner information

As the title implies, it would be pretty cool to be able to customize the height of the entity name and owner information on hover. Because as of right now the information doesn't look very well with horses due to being so low on them, and I'm sure other mobs could use the tweak as well. Maybe have it as either customizable per-mob or global?
