Refresh feature #8
Description
Implement a way to refresh an album to extend its lifetime before its deletion.
It should be configurable
- if albums can be refreshed
- how often an album can be refreshed
- by how much time an album can be refreshed
optionally
- whether albums should be automatically refreshed every time they're accessed
