Incrementing Row Index on the next page

As for now, if we navigate myself to the second page, the incrementing Row Index would be resets to 1.

I can make it so it starts at 11...20, 21...30, and so on.

If you guys think it is a good idea, I can make a PR on it.

Edit: since I didn't really provide much context here, I'll explain how it expects:

• On page 1, the row index will start at 1...10
• On page 2, starts at 11...20
• On page 3, starts at 21...30

Of course it will comply on how much data you limit, so for example if the table is limited to 15 data:

• On page 1, starts at 1...15
• On page 2, starts at 16...30
• ON page 3, starts at 31...45; etc
