How to set a mouse-over title for the column header?

Clue is in the name on this one. I want to set a hover-over title that will provide some context to the data in the column but I am not sure how to do this. I've read the documentation about the "headerAttribute" but that only adds to the html class & style.

Edit: To add onto this, I have a column title that is large enough to where its reaching into the column header to the right of it.
2nd Edit: I've updated to 2.2.4, the column header text is no longer running over, but now the row cell texts are overflowing.
