I have an error when i'm trying to build my zip solution. The csproj file is well in the folder but i have the issue.

Getting the same mentioned error that I was not getting before. But it works fine when i build from command prompt.

@Power-Maverick hi maverick, it still wont work, we understand the PCF build process, and the command that the PCF builder been using seems outdated.

Can you please initialise a new PCF project and test it out yourself, it will give you the same error.

i looked at the PCF builder command in the console during build process, this is what it trying to run:

switch: C: \Users<username>\Documents\PCF<pcfname>\Solution<solutionname>
PS C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319> ./msbuild.exe /t:rebuild /p:configuration=Release "C:\Users<username>\Documents\PCF<pcfname>\Solution<solutionname>"

and it will give:

MSBUILD: error MSB1009: Project file does not exist.

while if we run below command in a separated command line for that solution folder:

msbuild /t:build /restore
msbuild /p:configuration=release

this will build correctly, and then generated a correct release build solution file. Then we can click the deploy button on the PCF builder, and it will deploy successfully.

So please fix the PCF builder issue, it's been using the outdated command line

I recently took over a PCF Control built by someone else. I used PCF Builder for both .pcfproj and .cdsproj initialization, build and deploy and it worked without any issues.

Have you tried it now? This broke 2 days ago.

I was working on it couple of hours ago. PCF pac commands haven't changed; sure new commands got added but tool already handled those scenarios better.
