[Bug]: PCF Builder does not start

What happened?

On opening it gives the following error:

We experienced this issue in a somewhat locked down virtual environment. What seems to be happening is that the entry for WorkingDirectoryLocation in the settings file is being read during load of the app, but then either the directory doesn't exist or the app can't access it and it's not failing gracefully. Deleting the WorkingDirectoryLocation entry from the settings xml file allows it to open again.

An easy way to reproduce this is just to choose a control with a valid directory, then close the tool. Edit the Maverick.PCF.Builder.xml settings and modify the WorkingDirectoryLocation entry to a non-valid location. Then launch the tool and it will show a null reference error and crash XRMToolbox.
