[IMPROVEMENT] Refactoring calculation logic: Address ComponentToMathCoupling

Describe the problem

Following up on #1286 . There is a lot more potential to simplify the calculator selection logic.
The ComponentToMathCoupling which has fault component information prevents us from doing so.
Hence this ticket aims to remove it.
