Whenever im running the code an error shows up again and again. i reinstalled the visual studio code, it worked fine for sometime and then again its showing unnecessary errors

This issue was already fixed (see #1306). Please upgrade to the 2.3.5 version of PSReadLine from PowerShell Gallery.
