Steps to reproduce

I opened Visual Studio Code and ran a python script I've been working on for a while and I've never seen anything like this exception before.
When I try to run the script, a new terminal opens and the mentioned exception appears at the very beginning, then my script is run.
I haven't noticed any inconvenience, but I would like to get rid of it.

Expected behavior

Open terminal and run my code

Actual behavior

Open terminal, throw exception with information to report it and then run my code

This issue was already fixed (see #1306). Please upgrade to the 2.3.5 version of PSReadLine from PowerShell Gallery.
