Steps to reproduce

Run the sample code below

import tkinter as tk

Create an instance of the Tk class to initialize the window

window = tk.Tk()

Set the title of the window

window.title("My Tkinter Window")

Start the main event loop

window.mainloop()

Expected behavior

Code should execute without error and open a window with title set to the value defined in code.

Actual behavior

New window does open with the expected title but the code throws the error provided above.
