Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Open PowerShell window via Shift + right-click from File Explorer (Open PowerShell window here)
- Move the window to a secondary monitor (vertical and narrow) and drop it there
- Drag it back to the primary monitor
- Slightly make it narrower but without the console text wrapping to the next row
- Press the up arrow (to select the last PowerShell command)
