PowerShell Window Misbehaves After Moving Between Monitors and Resizing

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open PowerShell window via Shift + right-click from File Explorer (Open PowerShell window here)
2. Move the window to a secondary monitor (vertical and narrow) and drop it there
3. Drag it back to the primary monitor
4. Slightly make it narrower but without the console text wrapping to the next row
5. Press the up arrow (to select the last PowerShell command)

This issue was already fixed (see #1306). Please upgrade to the 2.3.5 version of PSReadLine from PowerShell Gallery.
