- Use "Win" + "." to open emoji picker.
- Click any emoji.
- Close the emoji picker.
- Press "Backspace" once.
- Press enter.
Expected behavior
The emoji to be complexly removed.
Actual behavior
The emoji leaves behind a broken character.
