Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a powershell.
  2. Use "Win" + "." to open emoji picker.
  3. Click any emoji.
  4. Close the emoji picker.
  5. Press "Backspace" once.
  6. Press enter.

Expected behavior

The emoji to be complexly removed.

Actual behavior

The emoji leaves behind a broken character.
