Settings Groups are no longer Grouped Under PowerShell Settings #5328

Our settings groups like "Interfaces", etc. no longer are under a general "PowerShell" dropdown. Need to review release notes for what changed and guidance to fix it.
EDIT: This is a bug introduced upstream in vscode. We can workaround it by adding "id" to each setting, but might be best to just live with it till it is resolved.
