failed to understand

now I am studying about point cloud triangulation. bun10.cpp program awesome but I had some doubts.

1. Insertsite()
   2.legalizeedge()
   these two function I unable to understand.
   pls, explain these functions. if you don't mind pls once explain your program function-wise.
   that thing is very useful to understand the program and it reduces the programmers analysis time.
