Feature request - add -OutputFormat dot #132
Description
If we had -OutPutFormat dot then that should suppress the graphvz checks and simply allow output of a .dot file for processing elsewhere.
This would be useful in situations where the user is on a machine with restricted permissions, as well as allowing the use of this tool inside the azure portal cloud shell
