Vivaldi not working with PreMiD

Steps to Reproduce

I've been trying to get PreMiD to work on Vivaldi since its a chromium based browser, but I cannot for the life of me fix these errors (check screenshots for more info). They also show up on any other website but since I use yt music the most I decided to show that.
any support of any kind would be helpful, I'm not experienced with the coding aspect of the inspect tool so if there's a fix I'm just oblivious too that'd help too.

Expected Behavior

PreMiD to show up on discord

Actual Behavior

nothing pops up on discord's end but premid says the activity is active
