I have yet to be able to track this down, but somthing in the module is throwing the following warning, often repeatedly:

Warning messages:
1: In FUN(X[[i]], ...) :
  is.na() applied to non-(list or vector) of type 'closure'
2: In FUN(X[[i]], ...) :
