help: sample code to stream large content over "http-streamable" transport ?

Hi,

I went through all code (tests included) of this repo to find a sample allowing me to stream large blobs from a MCP server back to the client. Can somebody point me to such code ?

BTW, I switched from Anthropic's mcp package to fastmcp in minutes and it worked like a charm over streamable-http. Thank you @jlowin for this!
