Unable to Register the workflow anymore with the latest updated Prefect Server. Getting: requests.exceptions.HTTPError: 400 Client Error

Hi, I need a help with workflow registration.

I recently upgraded Prefect to mentioned at the bottom.
I wrote a workflow sometime back which used to work and get registered in the earlier versions, however, the new version is accepting the workflow and is throwing this error:

@cprakashagr Yes there were breaking changes in the 0.13.0 (latest) release with regards to the open source server. There is some documentation on it here. You should update your local version of Prefect due to a big database schema change which now supports loads of new features.
