Describe the current behavior

Currently nothing from the docker build is being streamed to the stdout when deploying/building a docker image. This makes debugging difficult.

In addition, when an error occurs, only the error part is thrown to the stdout, which in my case was not enough to find the issue. The error what part of the "fatal" message and was not shown at all. I could see it only by running docker build separately.

Describe the proposed behavior

It makes sense to stream the whole build process, at least when the log level is set to debug, to the stdout.

Or maybe to have a special flag to enable/disable showing the stdout of docker build.
