Possibility to define global config without an INI file?

Hi, I am a new CapRover and Chadburn user, really like both a lot and both are working great so far.

But I am wondering if it is possible to set global config like gotify-webhook as a label or env variable so I don't have to set up a persistent directory for the INI file in CapRover just for that. I think I saw something about globalConfigs via labels on the service container in the code but didn't dig too deep.
