Once @Kmille267 gets the shape files cleaned up, lets do a couple things:

• @thbraswell - can you export the list with x,y coordinates as a csv file using QGIS?
• @thbraswell - continue working on the Shiny app with these data
• @Kmille267 - can you join the barrier locations to both wards and neighborhoods?
• @Kmille267 - once you have the join complete, can you map:
  • number of barriers by ward
  • density of barriers per square mile by ward
  • number of barriers by neighborhood
  • density of barriers per square mile by neighborhood
