Add Power-up Status UI

Description

Create UI elements to show active power-ups and their remaining duration.

Tasks

• Design power-up indicator area on screen
• Create visual timer for active power-ups
• Add icons/symbols for different power-up types
• Implement smooth transitions for power-up activation/deactivation

Acceptance Criteria

• Players can clearly see which power-ups are active
• Remaining duration of power-ups is visible
• UI doesn't interfere with gameplay
• Transitions are smooth and non-disruptive
